美國第一證券開始停止收股票買賣手續費

這家券商銷有提供很方便的中文客服,
可以使用Skype打國際免費電話,
根據經驗大概3,5分鐘之內就會接通,
和其他美國券商比起來算是服務態度比較nice.
其他有些美國券商雖然有免費電話但是可能要等個半個小時
到1個小時才能接通.
有些白人券商的客服是純英語服務而且耐心有限如果你英文不夠流利
可能會很容易碰到懶得跟你溝通的客服人員.
最後問題說不清楚只好用寫信的去問
買 Vanguard 的 ETF 也不收 Commission.
