各位幫幫忙，有關於Global Futures的W8Ben表。

各位大大我最近已經開始在著手開國外的期貨帳戶了，由於Global Futures沒有最低入金限制所以就選擇了他。

問題來了，在我填W-8表時，我有去網路上找一些資料。照著填。

結果收到以下:

"According to OEC the W-8 is still incorrect. Please make correct the W-8 by following the instructions below  

You’re a resident of Taiwan, which is not a member of an income tax treaty with the United States, but was not indicated as such on the W8 tax form.
Please use the following link, along with the live username XXXXX and the password you created when applying for the account, to complete the W8 which generated at the end of the application process. W8-BEN Form:


後來了解後知道是Partll 的第9題a找不到台灣選項也不要選擇China(網路上有些教學文章叫你填China),台灣居民留空白即可。

等我修正以後，又有一個問題了。

1.    We have received notification the client has resubmitted their W8 form. Unfortunately, it is still incorrect.

Client indicated on the tax form that he will be submitting a statement identifying the notional principal contracts from which the income is not effectively connected with the conduct of a trade or business in the United States. Please have them submit such statement. If this was indicated by mistake on the tax form,

please have client submit a correct tax form without this box checked off.

Please have the client use the following link, along with their live username xxxx and the password they created when applying for the account, to complete the W8 which generated at the end of the application process.

這個我真的不知道要怎麼辦，請各位大大幫幫忙
