麻煩有連IB HK 伺服器的幫忙測一下

我的是固定連HK 伺服器。平常有個固定的網路品質監控在跑，
幾天沒看，發現怎麼差距這麼大。

麻煩中華電信的幫忙測一下 ping gw1.ibllc.com.hk

我是亞太的FTTH, 結果很意外。從幾天前的60ms 到現在突然降到<30ms. （不過之前跳到60ms時很生氣。。）
