請教要如何記錄"日盤"開盤後的第一支15分k高、低兩點

各位大大日安，祝操作上順心。
是否能請各位大大給一程式編寫方向：
我只須要記錄"日盤"開盤後的第一支15分k高、低兩點(之後的15分k就算有更高或低也不記錄)，並依這高低兩點收定後，高點做多，低點做空

Excel + 券商軟體 DDE 或 RTD

1.先找出 最高點 與 最低點 的 DDE 代號，並將其數值顯示在 Excel 上面。

2.用 VBA 的 Application.OnTime 去觸發自動紀錄。
  例：第一根 15 分K 就是 09:15
         所以可以用 Application.OnTime TimeValue("09:15:00"), "Record_HL"
         這樣的方式去把這兩個 最高點 與 最低點 的 DDE 數值取出。
