鏈結進去後右方會有地方要你輸入驗證碼，輸入後按下 download.file
轉入另一個畫面下方有個按鈕會有個數字在跑倒數 60 秒倒數完按那個鈕就可以下載了

我立刻按下 "download file", 得到的結果還是一樣.
