MultiCharts串接Rithmic數據源被多收40美金？

回到正題

最近開始接觸MC自動交易的世界
來這邊看到萬年大的文章決定使用MC串接Rithmic數據源
成功在AMP開戶付費使用一周後最近收到帳單

Rithmic Pro $20的費用在申請DataFeed時有特別告知沒什麼問題
但被收兩筆API+的費用我完全摸不著頭緒
畢竟版上過去的文章都是只收DataFeed
被多收一倍的費用感覺被AMP當肥羊宰了

後來我勉強用我的破英文詢問客服
（中間寄信給SUPPORT被丟包好幾次）
得到下面的回覆

結論：
根據客服的回覆來看
Rithmic只要連結MC就會被多收API 40美元的費用
使用AMP預設的CQG則免收API費用
看起來AMP似乎想把客戶導向CQG
ˋ想請問版上各位前輩有沒有遇到跟我一樣的問題？

首先， MC 與 MC.Net 是不同的軟體。就您與客服的對話來看，我覺得關鍵是在您不知道MC 與 MC.Net不同。其實初入門的的確很難搞懂兩者的差異，細節就不多說了，反正主流是MC，選MC就是了。

客服跟你講的應該是兩點：
1. 軟體方面，MC是要花錢去買，而MC.Net不用花錢免費用(應該是AMP吸收提供MC.Net免費使用)
2. 行情上，API for MC 是一筆$20， API for MC.Net 又是另一筆$20。

另外，我注意到您也有被收一筆 Rithmic Trader Pro 使用費。
基本上你已經用MC 去交易了，應該可以不用買Rithmic Trader Pro。你的狀況是 花了錢讓三套下單軟體都能運作 MC + MC.Net + RithmicTraderPro ，應該真的是不瞭解亂點而網站又沒有警告造成多消費的吧？

抱歉，其實我並沒有開過AMP/DDT的戶，當然也沒訂過Rithmic。
所以我以為可以只訂Rithmic的數據，但不租用他們的Rithmic Trade Pro 平台。看來是我搞錯了吧~

我用sierra chart也遇過，但其實他們有用EMAIL通知只是我沒仔細看，我就當作用20美金買個教訓吧，之後他們寄的每一封信我都從頭看到尾

我後來也直接換成CQG了，好處是他們還幫你弄了個metatrader5的CQG登入帳號(不另外收費)

請問你也是在AMP開戶嗎？請教一下哪封郵件裡面可以找到通知？

對 ；AMP會固定寄信阿，像今天寄一個說CQG symbol更新了的EMAIL給我。Rithmic會多收20美金的信確切是哪封信我不記得了，應該也被我刪了，但我確定Rithmic會多收20美金這件事AMP之前有寄信通知我

我仔細看了下紀錄，確實就像你說的因為同時串接MC.NET跟MC才被收了兩筆API費用，後來在官網的數據費用表上有看到這筆費用。

話說請問W大是怎麼申請到Rithmic免月費的？現在註冊新帳號之後要填申請的表格，上面沒有分Pro或其他版本，申請下來的第一筆帳單就會收到訂閱Pro的費用。

ddt是每個想交易的商品都要先宣告---email.在DDT用過 rithmic ,要選免費的 rithmictrader才不會被收費
