6.退費辦法：
開課日前第60日至開課日前提出退費申請者，應退還已繳總額百分之九十並扣除手續費。
開課日當天及正式開課後提出退費申請者，所收取之當期費用依下列方式辦理：實際上課期間未逾當期時數三分之一者，退還已繳全期費用之半數；實際上課期間已逾當期時數三分之一者，所收取之當期費用全數不予退還。
